  1. Apply the tip of your choice, prepare and apply Balance Bond Primer over the entire nail.
  2. Apply a thin layer of Balance Builder Clear/ Blush gel to the entire nail.
  3. Press into the gel a variety of shapes and shells to create the desired effect.
  4. Apply a layer of Balance Builder Clear/ Blush over the entire design, taking care to evenly cover the nail and increase thickness at the stress area.  Cure in a UV lamp for 90 seconds.
  5. Wipe with NSI Cleanse, smooth and shape with a 180 Grit Endurance File.  Dust the nail thoroughly.
  6. Apply Glaze 'n Go over the entire nail and cure for 90 seconds.
